Karl Nicholas (Nick) Heiler
December 28, 1931- July 18, 2016
Our beloved dad and opa passed away with his loving daughters by his side.
Nick was predeceased by his lifelong love Ilse Heiler in 1988.
He is survived by his children Sylvia, Sandy (Murr) and John (Jackie), grandchildren Deb, Derek, Enrico, Nick (Tara) and Amanda (Amar) and his great-grandchildren Riley, Madeline and John. Nick is also survived by many good friends in Powell River, Parksville, Vancouver and Germany and by his beloved family in Los Angeles.
Mom and Dad, you are together again. We miss you both so much.
No service by request, flowers gratefully declined.
Special thanks to my sister, Sandy, for your love and care of our dad to the end.
Roger Phillip Ortloff
April 30, 1970 - July 3, 2016
Roger passed away Sunday, July 3. He leaves his father Leslie, sister Tiffany (Matt), niece Nasya and nephew Mateo. Roger was predeceased by his brother Terry and mom Darlene. He was affectionately known as Reggie by many friends and family.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, August 6, at 6815 Klahanie Drive between 1-4 pm.
There will always be a special place in our hearts and memories of our son, brother, uncle and friend.
