The club completed an undefeated season, winning the Vancouver Island Premier League U18G championship, the U18G Coastal Cup, and posted a perfect record in the Provincial A Cup round-robin before capturing gold with a 1-0 extra-time win over West Vancouver.

U18 Girls Riptide is based out of Comox Valley and consists of athletes from four communities: Powell River, Comox, Campbell River and Port Hardy.

Alley Carpendale and Carmen Miller also represented Powell River on the Riptide roster this year, but were unable to make the trip to the provincials due to injury.
