Trio performs at The ARC Community Centre in Powell River (VIDEOS)

Concert features original songs by Tyler Bartfai

Powell River singer-songwriter Tyler Bartfai and musician Austin Parise were joined by singer Frances Mae Pagani for a concert in the gazebo in The Rotary Garden at The ARC Community Event Centre on July 23. Under provincial health guidelines allowing gatherings of a maximum of 50, it was a capacity event.

Bartfai’s self-deprecating descriptions of his songs were followed by his musical voice that is reminiscent of Brian Adams.

Frances Mae sang one of his songs, “Mr. Call Back,” and then performed again during intermission accompanied by her parents, Max and Monica.

It was the second concert in less than a week for the venue, which is attracting attention following completion of a gazebo area.
