QMJHL Roundup: Robidas scores in shootout, leads Foreurs over Voltigeurs 4-3

RIMOUSKI, Que. — Justin Robidas scored the only goal in the shootout as the Val d'Or Foreurs defeated the Drummondville Voltigeurs 4-3 Saturday. Jakob Pelletier scored a game-tying goal for Val d'Or with 26 seconds to play in regulation.

RIMOUSKI, Que. — Justin Robidas scored the only goal in the shootout as the Val d'Or Foreurs defeated the Drummondville Voltigeurs 4-3 Saturday.

Jakob Pelletier scored a game-tying goal for Val d'Or with 26 seconds to play in regulation. Samuel Poulin and Maxim Cajkovic also scored for the Foreurs (22-3-2-2). William Blackburn made 20 saves on 23 shots.

William Dufour, Justin Cote, and Charlie De Fonseca also scored for Drummondville (14-8-4-1). Francesco Lapenna had a busier night in net, allowing three goals but making 31 saves on 34 shots.

GATINEAU— A five-goal outburst in the second period pushed the Gatineau Olympiques to a 7-3 win over the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies Saturday. Metis Roelens had three assists for the Olympiques.

GATINEAU—Egor Serdyuk scored a pair of goals and added an assist in a 5-0 Victoriaville Tigres win over the Sherbrooke Phoenix. Conor Frenette, Alex Beaucage, and Loick Daigle also scored for Victoriaville.

CHICOUTIMI—Dawson Mercer scored a hat-trick and added an assist while Christophe Farmer scored a goal and added four assists in a 9-5 Chicoutimi Sagueneens win over the Baie-Comeau Drakkar. Karl Boudrias and Hendrix Lapierre also added three assists each in the win.
