BACK ON COUNCIL: George Doubt was sworn in as the sixth City of Powell River councillor by justice of the peace Janice Robertson at the beginning of the Tuesday, April 16, committee of the whole meeting.
Doubt resumed his regular duties on council at the committee meeting.
