Powell River Kings have signed 19-year-old forward Ryan Stevens for the 2019/2020 season, the BC Hockey League club announced on June 20.
The native of Duxbury, Massachusetts, is the son of two-time Stanley Cup winner Kevin Stevens, who was a member of the Pittsburgh Penguins in the early 1990s.
Ryan has committed to Yale University after his stint in the BCHL. His brother, Luke, has been a member of the Yale hockey team for the past three seasons.
