All matches are open to the public and take place at Brooks, Westview Elementary School and Oceanview Education Centre.

Brooks Secondary School Thunderbirds fell to Elgin Park Secondary School (Surrey) two sets to none (13-25, 20-25) in their first match in Pool D action on Thursday. The host team lost its second match, also in straight sets (17-25, 13-25), to Dawson Creek Secondary School later in the afternoon. In the final Pool D matchup, Mark R. Isfeld Secondary School (Courtenay) defeated Brooks 25-12 and 25-19.

Playoff rounds take place Friday, November 30, and Saturday, December 1, with matchups determined by results of pool play on Thursday. As the fourth place finisher in Pool D, Brooks faces the first-place team from Pool A, Carihi Secondary School (Campbell River), on its home court at 9 am Friday morning. The outcome will determine the game time and next opponent for both teams in the afternoon.

Matches at all three locations begin at 9 am Friday and continue throughout the day until the final contest at 6:15 pm.

Playoff matches continue at each venue on Saturday from 8:30 am until 2:15 pm. Bronze and gold medal matches take place at 3:30 and 4:45 pm that afternoon at Brooks.

Crofton House School (Pool A) from Kerrisdale is the defending champion.
