Canada-wide warrant issued by Surrey RCMP for man wanted for forcible confinement and invitation to sexual touching

Surrey RCMP are seeking a man they believe could be anywhere in Canada.

A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for Michael Norberg. The 49-year-old man was convicted in 2019 for "forcible confinement and invitation to sexual touching" according to a press release from the Surrey RCMP.

"He failed to appear in court for sentencing and a warrant was issued for his arrest in 2019," write Surrey RCMP in the release.

A Canada-wide release was issued Monday; Mounties believe Norberg may be living in another province.

Norberg is a Caucasian male, standing 6’2" with a slender build. He has brown hair, blue eyes and prominent arm tattoos.
