VIDEO: Powell River youth wins t-shirt design contest

From among more than 50 entries, Taylor Mostat, 10, won this year’s Powell River ice cream truck t-shirt art contest.

She received a one-year VIP ice cream card, presented by owner Darryl Jackson, giving her one ice cream or treat per day all season long, as well as a t-shirt with her design on it.
