Readings take place at city council meetings

April is poetry month in Powell River and as part of each weekly City of Powell River council meeting, poetry readings are given.

At the April 23 council meeting, Roger Whittaker, who webcasts council meetings for TV That’s Powell River, read three original poems for the assembly.

In weeks past, there have been presentations for the council meeting done over YouTube, also.
