Congratulations to Vince Candela, who was chosen as Powell River Peak’s Carrier of the Month for June. As recognition, Vince was presented with a $25 gift certificate for Powell River Outdoors and two movie passes.
Vince has been a carrier for many years and was happy to secure the route close to home, which he has been delivering since 2011. He enjoys his walks and talks along the route.
Vince says he likes to get out on his route early so he gets the paper to homes for people to enjoy in the morning. He always greets readers with a smile, even on those rainy days.
