Rotary Club of Powell River Sunrise treasurer Ben Fairchild [left] and president Frank Clayton [right] recently presented a $500 cheque to Powell River Paddling for Life Dragon Boat Team members [from left] Lorraine Matheson, Sharlene Tate and Leslie Graham.

The donation will go toward the purchase of the team’s new dragon boat.
