The presence of lemonade stands in Powell River is a sure sign that spring has arrived and summer is on the way.
Warmer weather in late March recently inspired young entrepreneurs [from left] Breanna Mckenzie, Owen Lang and Tera McCormick to set up shop and offer passersby in upper Westview a chance to quench their thirst as they strolled, cycled or drove through the neighbourhood.
