Free transit offered in qathet region on July 1

BC Transit is offering free transit in several transit systems across the province on July 1, including the qathet region.

BC Transit, City of Powell River and qathet Regional District will be running Sunday service for Canada Day.

This service will be extended by four additional hours with shuttle service starting from Town Centre Mall at 6:15 pm, going to the celebrations at Willingdon Beach and running every half hour, and ending at 11:15 pm.
