Independent Lifestyles Homecare Ltd. has recently opened a new branch to serve Powell River.
The business offers a variety of home health care services to clients in the community such as personal support services, private duty nursing and complex care, live-in care and contracted services. In addition, it delivers specialty services such as housecleaning, property maintenance and grounds maintenance.
Independent Lifestyles is a family-owned business and is partnering with Sunshine Coast Health Products, previously known as Drake Medox Health Services. It is hoped the partnership will enable a wide array of services to be delivered to the Powell River community.
Staffing the office are Michelle McIntosh, area director, and Brenda Downing, office manager.
From noon until 2 pm on Monday, December 16, an open house will be held. Staff look forward to any questions and comments and are happy to provide visitors with refreshments. Visitors will also have the opportunity to meet the owner/president of Independent Lifestyles Homecare Ltd., Vanessa Knox.
