PHOTOS: Powell River Festival of the Performing Arts Grand Concert

The longest-running event in the qathet region marked 78 years with a variety of select performers taking the stage at Evergreen Theatre on March 5 to close the 2022 edition of the festival.

BACK IN PERSON: Powell River Festival of the Performing Arts held its Grand Concert at Evergreen Theatre in Powell River Recreation Complex on Saturday, March 5, after going virtual for its 2021 event.

The Grand Concert featured 20 acts which highlighted the five disciplines involved in the festival.

Those disciplines included dance, choir and vocal, strings, piano and speech arts.
