Powell River Curling Club recently celebrated its reopening with a new freon ice plant, thanks to a generous Powell River Community Forest project grant of $150,000.

Powell River Curling Club recently celebrated its reopening with a new freon ice plant, thanks to a generous Powell River Community Forest project grant of $150,000.

On hand to commemorate the occasion were members of the community forest board, City of Powell River mayor and council members.
