ROTARY RECOGNITION: Former Rotary Club of Powell River member Don Logan [left] was recognized recently for his 35 years of service with a Paul Harris Award presented by Ed Frausel, who also belongs to the evening club.
Logan served as president twice and helped with fundraising for many years.
His wife Judy was also acknowledged for her efforts in the many events involving food.
Paul Harris founded Rotary International in 1905 and the award is bestowed in his name upon Rotarians and community members who exemplify the organization’s motto: “Service Above Self.”
