136 COVID-19 cases reported in qathet region from January 23 to 29

BCCDC report follows previous reporting period (January 16 to 22) with 127 cases

BC Centre for Disease Control (BCCDC) reported 136 COVID-19 cases in the Powell River local health area from January 23 to 29, following 127 cases being reported from January 16 to 22.

A total of 109 cases were reported in the region from January 9 to 15, and 67 cases were reported from January 2 to 8.

From December 26 to January 1, 58 cases were reported, which followed a report of 18 cases from December 19 to 25.

The cumulative total of positive COVID-19 cases for the qathet region/Powell River local health area from January 2020 through January 2022 is 670, according to BCCDC.
