MP John Weston has a new constituency assistant in Powell River. Linda Wegner, a Powell River author and business owner, has joined Weston’s team.
“Our team has been strengthened by the addition of Linda Wegner in the Powell River part of our riding,” said Weston, who represents West Vancouver-Sunshine Coast-Sea to Sky Country. “Among her many relevant skills, she’s a strong writer and has a listening ear. Her sensitivity to Powell River issues and concern for the welfare of the people ensures she’ll be instrumental in my responding effectively to Powell River’s needs. I look forward to being on hand in Powell River soon to introduce her to constituents in person who don’t already know her.”
Wegner is on the board of Powell River Chamber of Commerce and is an area governor for Division 21G and member of Toast to the Coast Toastmasters.
