Coast bus routes to realign with ferry schedule as of June 23

Routes 90 and 1 are set to better meet ferry passengers

BC Transit's Route 90 (Langdale-Sechelt express) and Route 1 (Langdale-Sechelt) will have their seasonal schedule.

Transit users may rejoice at this news. 

As of June 23, BC Transit's Route 90 (Langdale-Sechelt express) and Route 1 (Langdale-Sechelt) will have their seasonal schedule changes and better align with the BC Ferries schedule, said a BC Transit alert. 

The updated schedule will have Route 1's first bus leaving the Langdale terminal at 6:15 a.m. and the last bus reaching Chaster and Pratt at 12:49 p.m.  Route 90's first bus will leave Cowrie Street at 5:20 a.m. and the last bus reaching the Langdale terminal at 10:10 p.m.

The schedule change will also see the seasonal return of Route 4's weekend service to Secret Cove as well as minor changes on all of the other routes, said the notice.
