1. April 13
6900 block Alberni Street
A break and enter occurred during the night at a medical office. Electronics and an undisclosed amount of drugs were taken.
2. April 15
4200 block Joyce Avenue
Powell River RCMP were called to the scene of a hit and run which occurred sometime during the night to a commercial building. Police attended and observed damage to the door and window. The damage appeared to be from a vehicle driving into the door of the business.
3. April 16
4900 block Kiwanis Avenue
Police responded to a report of vandalism to a white camper van. Someone had painted a red stripe on the van overnight.
4. Between April 19 and 20
Courtenay Street
Sometime between 8 pm and 5:30 am two commercial chainsaws (Stihl and Husqvarna) along with a 20-litre gas tank were stolen from a secure box of a pickup while the truck was parked on the street.
