1. April 17
4400 block Michigan Avenue
Police responded to a report of a break and enter at a residence. Sometime between April 5 and 17, a window was pried open and the house was entered. A coin collection valued at approximately $400 and a small can of bear spray were taken from inside. 2. April 18
Marine Avenue near Lytton Street
Police on patrol stopped a vehicle after it was seen being driven erratically. While speaking with the 25-year-old driver, police detected signs of impairment. The driver provided a breath sample which was over the legal limit. The driver has been charged with impaired driving and will be appearing in court in June.
