1. March 27
Gibsons Beach Road
Police received a report of an ATV collision. The 31-year-old male who was driving the ATV was located. While speaking with the driver, it was determined that he had consumed alcohol. He provided a breath sample which registered a “fail” and he was issued with a 90-day driving prohibition. The driver did not sustain major injuries as a result of the collision.
2. March 29
4600 block Harvie Avenue
Police responded to a mischief complaint. Sometime during the previous night, possibly around 3 am, a wooden gate at a residence at that location was broken in half.
