Counter Attack

Powell River RCMP has begun its Holiday Season CounterAttack. Officers will be working through the holiday season to detect impaired drivers in order to help keep our community safe.

Please drive carefully this holiday season, and if you are planning to drink, plan ahead for a safe ride home. The tragic losses that can result are completely preventable. Emergency personnel responding to these incidents see the devastating impact on people’s lives and everyone can be affected, whether they are the drivers, passengers, family, friends or even witnesses.
