4800 block Lesley Crescent
Police responded to a mischief complaint. Sometime during the night, a grey Ford truck parked at that location had its windows smashed and a dent put in the roof by a rock. This was the ninth report of vandalism to a vehicle in two days. The others occurred in various locations around town during the early morning of January 21. 6800 block Burnaby Street
Police responded to a complaint of theft. A black plaque with a picture of a deer hound on it was removed from the outside wall of a residence. The plaque was taken some time in the previous week and has sentimental value for the owner.
