1. September 11
7200 block Kemano Street
Police responded to a report of a suspicious male at a residence. At approximately 1 am, police attended and spoke with a witness who advised that a male in a black hoodie had been in the shed in the backyard. When he was approached, the male jumped over the fence and ran down Kemano. 2. September 12
7000 block Duncan Street
Police and ambulance responded to a report of an intoxicated male. The male was located by police and then checked out by paramedics. The male was then transported to Powell River General Hospital by BC Ambulance Service for observation.
3. September 16
Manson Avenue
Police were making patrols when they stopped a vehicle travelling at high speed. While speaking with the 22-year-old male driver, police believed that he had consumed liquor. The driver provided breath samples that were over the legal limit. He is scheduled to appear in court in November.
