4400 Marine Avenue
Police responded to a report of a break and enter. A number of items including an iPod, a handheld GPS, two fishing rods, a watch and a tackle box were taken. The value of the missing items is approximately $2,350. 6000 block Highway 101
Police located an intoxicated male while carrying out patrols in the area. The male was passed out beside the road and unable to care for himself, so he was arrested for being intoxicated in public and lodged in cells. He was released the following morning without charges.

3900 block Marine Avenue
Police responded to a complaint of mischief. A vehicle parked at that location was entered and the contents gone through. No items were stolen from the vehicle. Police remind everyone to lock their vehicles and to remove valuables from the vehicles when they leave.
