Four COVID-19 cases reported in qathet region from October 3 to 9

Total is three higher than previous reporting period (September 26 to October 2)

BC Centre for Disease Control (BCCDC) reported four COVID-19 cases in the Powell River local health area from October 3 to 9.

One case was reported in the area from September 26 to October 2, the same total as the previous two reporting periods (September 19 to 25 and September 12 to 18).

Five cases were reported in the local health area from September 5 to September 11, one fewer than the August 29 to September 4 reporting period, when six cases were reported.

The cumulative total of positive COVID-19 cases for the local health area from January 2020 through September 2021 is 120, according to BCCDC.
