Food proposal
School District 47 trustees, at the Powell River Board of Education meeting on December 15, voted that staff bring forward for board consideration a proposal that is consistent across schools, which provides for equitable access to nutritious breakfast and lunch options for students in need.
Approves increase
Trustees passed a motion that remuneration for trustees be increased by two per cent effective January 1, 2022.
