At approximately 1:26 pm on September 21, police responded to a report of a break and enter at Powell River Hearing. Police attended and noted that the front door had been smashed with a rock.
The suspect then entered the building and opened a drawer in the reception area, but did not take anything from inside the business.
Damage to the door is estimated to be approximately $1,000.
