At 4:50 pm on July 6, Powell River RCMP received a report that a boat motor had been stolen from the dock at Lois Lake.
The 9.9-horsepower Evinrude had been chained to the dock but when the owner went to retrieve it he found the chain had been cut and the motor was gone.
