WARMING UP: The Weatherhood forecast for Tuesday, May 27 is for a mix of sun and cloud, a temperature high of 18 degrees, with little chance of rain. The photo (above) was taken of a flower called a red hot poker, amongst California poppies in Westview.

There are 25 days left until summer solstice, the longest day of the year. It's almost the end of May, and the weather in the qathet region has stacked up to be a mixed bag of wind, rain, sun and cloud all month.

Today, Tuesday, May 27, Weatherhood is forecasting a daytime temperature of 18 degrees by late afternoon, with a mix of sun and cloud for most of the day, and little chance of rain. On Wednesday, May 28, the temperature will rise to a balmy 23 degrees, but will drop to 15 degrees overnight, with a 25 per cent chance of rain.

Thursday, May 29, there is a 98 per cent chance of rain throughout the day and a daytime temperature of 16 degrees. On Friday, May 30, the sun will return with some clouds and little chance of rain.
