BC Centre for Disease Control (BCCDC) reported two COVID-19 cases in the Powell River local health area from December 12 to 18.
Nine cases were reported in the area from December 5 to 11, and six cases were reported from November 28 to December 4.
No COVID-19 cases were reported in the local health area from November 21 to 27, and one case was reported from November 14 to 20.
There were no cases reported in the previous two reporting periods (November 7 to 13 and October 31 to November 6).
The cumulative total of positive COVID-19 cases for the qathet region from January 2020 through November 2021 is 129, according to BCCDC.
