Family and friends of the late Gilbert Tougas are invited to a celebration of life on Sunday, October 22, 2023, upstairs at the Carlson Community Club in Powell River at 1:30 pm.
Refreshments will be available while we gather to celebrate our special husband, brother, father, uncle, papa and friend. There will be an open mic for those who wish to share memories or give written remembrances to be read.
