Nancy May Lalonde passed away peacefully Saturday morning, December 9, 2023. She had just celebrated her 86th birthday on November 29.
Left to mourn are children Lawrence and Lorraine, grandchildren Ray Huppee, David (Jinny) Lalonde, Rachelle (Jason) Sharp, Rene (Matt) Sowiak and Cole (Iris) Lalonde, and great-grandchildren Gillian, Jordan, Evan, Kate, River, Trinity and James.
Highlights in Mom's life included sailing with dad, Maurice Lalonde. Nancy and Maurice had many trips across Canada to Mexico in their motorhome. Nancy was very social: 50 years with Women of Moose, Catholic Women's League and choirs. She loved bowling, baseball and swimming. Momma's friendly, helpful, happy and social way led to enjoying many activities in the community.
