Powell River Kings have announced the postponement of two more home games.

Due to several BC Hockey League (BCHL) teams pausing and isolating to follow COVID-19 health and safety protocols, Surrey Eagles will not be in town to face the Kings on Saturday, January 8, and Sunday, January 9.

The Kings have halted all team activities for the next five days.

Fans with tickets for Surrey games, as well as the previously postponed matchup with Victoria Grizzlies on January 5, can use them at any future regular season game, according to the hockey club.

The postponed games have yet to be rescheduled.

Kings are scheduled to host Alberni Valley Bulldogs at Hap Parker Arena on Friday, January 21, and Saturday, January 22. Puck drop for both games is slated for 7 pm.
