William (Bill) Amos Worrall ~ July 26, 1931 – August 20, 2011

After a courageous battle with cancer it is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bill. Dad was predeceased by his mother, father, brothers Jack and Steve, grandson Noah and beloved dogs Murphy and Max. Bill is survived by his children Wendy MacDonald and Terri (Matt) Schofield, grandchildren Ryan and Robyn MacDonald and Alexis Schofield, brothers Dan and Russ, nieces Jackie and Cathy and many nephews. A special thank you to all the wonderful staff at Evergreen Extended Care who made Dad’s stay as comfortable as possible and for all the support given to him and his family. We would also like to thank Dr. Marentette for the care, support and kind words she gave to our family and our father. Our Dad was known for and loved walking his dogs around town and camping in the bush. He was retired from MacMillian Bloedel and enjoyed his retirement by doing the things he loved. There will be no service by his request. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the BC Cancer Foundation for prostate cancer research.
