Patricia was born in Calgary, Alberta. She spent her childhood years in West Vancouver. After Pat’s high school graduation she went on to attend St. Paul’s Hospital School of Nursing in Vancouver where she remained on staff after her graduation. Pat was a member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority in West Vancouver and later on became one of the founding members of the first Powell River group. They also spent time touring with the Vintage Car Club of Canada, Powell River chapter.
