Jim passed away suddenly Friday morning. He is mourned by his children Sean and Leah, his parents JB and Sheila, his siblings Jack, Bob, Cindy, Lindy and their families, his grandson Aidan, and his many friends.

There will be a memorial service held at The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses at 1 pm Saturday, January 10.

Vitale Mastrodonato
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Vitale.
Born on May 24, 1934 in Bagnoli del Trigno, Italy, Vitale passed away January 1, 2015 in Powell River. He is survived by his loving wife Marisa, children Silvana (Tom Whyte) of Victoria, BC and Dominic (Rachel Bennett) of Coquitlam, BC and his three grandchildren Katrina, Marisa and Michelle. He is also survived by his sister Alba (Fausto) De Vita, niece Cathy (Renato) Infanti, his aunt Lucia (Umberto) Greco and cousin Valentino Greco, all of Powell River, and his brother-in-law Verino Butiniello in Italy.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, January 10, 2015 at 10 am from Church of the Assumption, 7109 Glacier Street, Powell River. Prayers will be said Friday, January 9, 2015 at 7 pm also from Church of the Assumption. Entombment will take place in the Garden of Rest Mausoleum in Powell River Cemetery.
