Winifred Alice Annie Major, February 10, 1915 - November 11, 2012
Win passed away peacefully with her family by her side on November 11, 2012. She was born in East Ham, London, England, on February 10, 1915 and she immigrated to Canada with her husband and two daughters in 1957. Win enjoyed baking, sewing, gardening, knitting and out of town bus trips. She will be sadly missed by all.
Win was predeceased by her husband Fred in 2006 and is survived by her daughters Sylvia (Al) Stephenson and Kathy (Doug) Clark, grandchildren Valerie (Ken), Craig, Duane and Tina and great- grandchildren Kyle, Elanna, Parker, Cassidy and Hayden.
No service by request. A celebration of Win’s life will be announced at a later date.
