I am glad to be able to once again read about the rescued bird of the week [“PROWLS: Rescue of the Week,” March 16] in Peak Weekender.
This is always a moving and informative report about a unique and invaluable service provided by Powell River Orphaned Wildlife Society. I hope it will once again be a regular article.
I would like to read even more reports about how activity within the natural world affects Powell River residents and similarly, how residents are affecting the natural world.
Nature is the site and source of our daily lives.
