Viewpoint: Get in line with what we have to do to stay sovereign

'We don't have time for rhetoric and delaying tactics'

The status quo of us against them has to stop. We all have to work together in this barely so called [federal] minority government situation.

BC premier David Eby is in a very difficult role and must address the federal expectations of what us British Columbians have to do to supply an opportunity to get in line with what we have to do to stay sovereign.

Our principles across party lines have to come to an understanding that it's in every individual's best interest, including First Nations, to stop delaying the inevitable change that is coming worldwide and to protect our country no matter what needs to be streamlined at this juncture of our existence as a nation.

We don't have time for rhetoric and delaying tactics. Stop and think about this for a while and understand that we are all in this together and if we do not do what needs to be done now, our country as we know it will no longer exist.

Russia, China, even the current United States president, are waiting to see whether we get along and make some difficult decisions now to stop the overall threat to our existence as a country.

We don't have much time to get this figured out.
