Mother Nature has long been a destination for gardeners and pet owners. Owners Ron and Dianne Pfister are excited to add to their customers’ shopping experience with the addition of 1,500 square feet of new retail space.
“We wanted to create a unique shopping experience with the hopes of providing inspiration in both the home and garden.” says Dianne. “This addition has allowed us to take that inspiration to a whole new level.”
When entering the addition, the first thing that catches the eye is the custom-built staircase. From the landing at the top of the stairs customers can overlook the new addition, which is full of tropical plants, pots, home décor and wall art, and then out into the fully stocked Nursery. The 16-foot ceilings and large south-facing windows create an open and welcoming environment.
“Customer response has been fantastic!” says Ron. “While many great things happen in a day, one of the best for us lately is hearing our customers response as they stand at the top of the stairs. ‘Wow!’ Has been heard many times…daily.”
As customers head out the doors and into the nursery, they will find an ever-expanding range of vegetable starts, annuals and perennials in the nursery.
“As the weather warms up soon you will see our signature hanging baskets bursting with colour throughout the nursery.” says Dianne.
Ron, Dianne and the entire Mother Nature team are very proud of the addition and invite everyone to join them at their Grand Opening on Saturday, May 5, from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.
“We’re going to have lots of specials, prizes and giveaways,” says Ron. “As well, there will be vendors on hand to answer all your pet and gardening questions.”
