Powell River area residents can help make someone’s Christmas wish come true by donating unwrapped toys, non-perishable food or cash through Santa’s Toy Drop-Off.
Items can be dropped into Santa’s sleigh at 4510 Joyce Avenue from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday, November 23, until December 4.
All donations benefit Powell River Action Centre Food Bank and The Salvation Army.
Underwriters Insurance and White Leblanc Wealth Planners will be making cash donations to support the organizations involved.
Because Santa is not able to visit the toy drives this year, he decided to spend some time online, reading stories to children, answering their questions, hearing their requests and generally having a merry old time.
