PODIUM FINISH: Powell River track and field athlete Victor Njume attended the 55+ BC Games held in Kelowna from September 10 to 14, 2019.
Participants from all eight zones in BC were represented. Njume, a zone two track and field participant, won gold medals in shot put and javelin, a silver medal in the 400 metres and a bronze medal in the 200 metres.
