New Year’s greetings: Powell River Chamber of Commerce president Telis Savvaidis

As we close out this year, I would like to take this time to wish you all a very happy new year. May it bring you health happiness and good fortune.

I’m very proud of all of you and want you to know we all walk the same path these days. As we look to the new year, we see a light at the end of the tunnel. We see what a community can accomplish and how it overcomes hardships.

Truly you have all become my role models and together we have become each other’s mentors. Keep up the good fight my friends, support each other, and never forget who we are.

Bless you all and may better days be soon upon us.
