Powell River Curling Club pays support forward

GIVING BACK: Powell River Curling Club representative Nancy Kreisler [right] recently presented Powell River Action Centre Food Bank chief operations manager Savanna Dee with a donation of $885 to assist the centre with its operations over the winter months.

The proceeds came from a garage sale held by the curling club, whose members wanted to share their appreciation for the support the club has received from the community over the past year.
