Powell River Fire Rescue member Rob Devlin recently provided Declan Paul, five, and other Wildfire Community Preparedness Day attendees with information and tips on how to properly use a fire extinguisher.
In addition to the fire rescue crew, Powell River Regional District Emergency Response team and the Salvation Army were on hand at Timberlane Park on Saturday, May 5, providing education for dealing with emergency situations and information about available resources.
