Proceeds raised via Shoppers Drug Mart’s LOVE YOU fundraiser were recently presented to Grace House.
Local cosmetics manager Susan Monk [centre] and cashier manager Sarah Matthews [right] were on hand at the store in Town Centre mall for the cheque presentation to Grace House program director Anne Kurtz.
The fundraising campaign raised a total of $4,339 for Grace House, part of Powell River and Region Transition House Society, which provides safety and help for women and children who are in danger either physically or mentally.
